10. Lee Byung-Hun
Lee Byng-Hun was a graduate of the School of Chung Ang University as a Theater and Film major. He speaks English, Korean, French and Mandarin and is a follower of the Buddhist religion. He has his own management company, BH Entertainment. Lee Byung-hun is a South Korean vocalist, model and actor. He was born on July 12, 1970, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. He began his career at KBS with a role in “Asphalt My Hometown”. His breakout role was in the 2000 film, “Joint Security Area”, which became one of the highest grossing South Korean films. He is also a Member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Hollywood, and has his hands imprinted in cement in front of the Grauman’s Chinese Theater.
9. Jang Geun-Suk
Jang Geun-Suk is a South Korea performer who enjoys snowboarding, skiing, dancing and singing. He is a film and theater gradute of the Han Yang University. His most famous role was in the 2008 Kdrama, “Beethoven Virus”. Other Kdramas include, 2009’s “You’re Beautiful”, and 2010’s “Mary Stayed Out All Night”. Jang Guen-Suk currently works as an actor, singer and director. Born on August 4, 1987, Jang Geun Suk started out as a child actor, and has since appeared in well over 20 roles. He is known as one of the hardest working actors in Kdrama, and has also released several albums, including “Just Crazy” and “Lounge H”. Gong Yoo was born on July 10, 1979 in Busan, South Korea and is a graduate of the Kyung Hee University, holding a Bachelors in the theater arts. . He is known for being heavily invested in his work, learning the Russian martial art, Systema for fight scenes as well as performing his own car chases, sky diving and rock climbing for his roles in such films as “The Suspect” (2013). Gong Yoo was named the most popular actor in South Korea in 2016. He starred as Seok-woo in the South Korean blockbuster film, about a zombie apocalypse , “Train to Busan”, of which he commented on his filming experience, “I thought zombie and action films were a piece of cake, but I struggled”.
7. Song Joong-Ki
Song Joong-Ki saw his career leap forward in a pretty big way after his hugely successful performance in the kdrama, “Descendants of the Sun”. However, acting was not his first choice. He competed as a professional speed skater at the national level, and had his eyes set on the Olympics, but had to stop due to an injury. In 2010 he penned a book entitled, “Beautiful Skin Project”. After catching the acting bug, Song took his first film role in 2008’s “A Frozen River”. The role that garnered him major attention was “Sungkyunkwan Scandal”, playing the part of a spoiled playboy. His latest release will be the 2017 South Korean film, “Battleship Island”.

He was born on June 4, 1986 in Seoul South Korea. He is a competent composer, lyricist, vocalist and actor. His musical style revolves around Kpop and rhythm and blues. He is a former member of the popular group, DBSK from 2003 to 2009, and is currently a member of the group, JYJ. As a popular actor in Kdramas, Park Yoo-chun has starred in “Sungkyunkwan Scandal”, which was his South Korean Kdrama debut as well as, “Miss Ripley”, “Rooftop Prince”, among others. Hyun Bin is a multi award-winning, South Korean actor who enjoys swimming, basketball and going to the theater. he was born on September 25, 1982 in Seoul, South Korea. His most famous roles are in the Kdramas, “My Name is Kim Sam-soon”, and “The Secret Garden”. “My Name is Kim Sam-soon” was a huge success and put Hyun Bin’s name on the map, and won the MBC Drama Award, Top Excellence”. In 2010 he released a single, “Dream in My Heart”, and 2011’s, “Can’t Have You” and “That Man”. Ever a fan favorite, in 2010 he won the SBS Netizen Popularity Award.
4. Kim Woo-Bin
Before he became a high-ranking Kdrama star, Kim Woo-Bin found work as a runway model in 2009 for such shows as the Seoul Fashion Week. Lee Min Ho is a South Korean actor and musician who was born on June 22, 1987 and enjoys films, sports, gaming and playing soccer. He graduated fom Konkuk University as a film major and has one older sister. According to IMDB, as a young boy he had dreams of becoming a soccer star, but an injury incurred in the 5th grade halted those dreams. His first role in a Kdrama was 2006’s “Secret Campus”. However, it was not until his role as Goo Joon Pyo in the smash hit, “Boys Over Flowers” that his career really took off. He won the ‘Best Newcomer” award at the 2009 KBS Drama Acting Awards for his role in the Kdrama. Success followed with Kdramas, “Personal Taste” and “City Hunter” and “Faith”. His latest Kdrama was in 2016 called, “The Legend of the Blue Sea”. He is also an accomplished pianist and vocalist.
