Fans of the old “Mickey Mouse Club” that ran on the Disney Channel from 1993 to 1995 might remember seeing little Gosling perform. Ryan Gosling is a Canadian actor, born on November 12, 1980 in Ontario. After his stint on the “Mickey Mouse Club” ended, he appeared in a variety of television shows, such as 1998’s “Young Hercules”, and films such as 2002’s “The Slaughter Rule”. It was the 2004 film, “The Notebook” that got Ryan noticed as a heart-throb. Since then he has made many notable films, including “The Ides of March”, “La La Land”, “Half Nelson” and “Crazy, Stupid Love”.
9. Denzel Washington
Denzel Washington was born on December 28, 1954 in Mount Vernon, New York the son of a Pentecostal minister. Denzel is an accomplished Academy Award winning actor, producer and director who earned his B.A. in theater from Fordham University in 1977. Washington honed his skills working in summer stock theater and made his formal screen acting debut in the made for TV film: “Wilma”. But it was his stint playing Dr. Phillip Chandler on the series “St. Elsewhere” that boosted his stardom. Leonardo Wilhelm DiCaprio was born in Los Angeles, California on November 11, 1974. In the 1990’s DiCaprio began to see success in the field of acting by getting television roles on shows “The New Lassie” and “Rosanne”. In 1991 DiCaprio had a recurring role on “Growing Pains”, and made his film debut in the B horror film, “Critters 3”. Since then, he has starred in such films as “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape”, “Titanic”, “The Aviator”, “The Wolf of Wall Street”. Off screen, DiCaprio is extensively involved in environmental causes via his foundation and other charitable donations and support. In 2015 he produced the Netflix cut of “Cowspiracy” and executive produced “Before the Flood”.

Adrien Brody was born on April 14, 1973, Woodhaven, Queens, New York. As a young boy, Brody performed as a magician at children’s parties, and billed himself as “The Amazing Adrien”. At the age of 12, Brody was a student at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. in 2003, Brody earned an Academy Award for Best Actor for his performance in Roman Polanski’s film, “The Pianist”.
